How do I arrange for service and how much do you charge?
Just request a free estimate. During the estimate you will see a running total as you complete the estimate questionnaire.
At what time will you clean my home?
Our normal work days are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You can choose your day when you book an appointment and you will receive a phone call to confirm a time.
What day will you clean my home?
You can book an appointment when you complete your estimate.
Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
To give you the maximum value, we ask you to take a few minutes to pick up clothing, toys, and other household items.
What if I need to change a scheduled cleaning?
Due to the advanced scheduling, we would appreciate a 2-day notice for cancellations.
Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
For your convenience, we provide all equipment and normal supplies. Should you wish to use your own supplies, we will be pleased to accommodate you.
What if I only want a one-time cleaning?
We are happy to do a one-time cleaning. Just choose that as your choice in the estimate questionnaire.
Is it safe to give you a key to my home?
We respect your security and would plan beforehand on how to access your key.
How many employees do you send to my home?
It’s one person at this time but will normally send out a team of two or three.
If I have pets, do I need to secure them while your team is cleaning?
We ask that you secure your pets prior to our team’s arrival to ensure no unexpected complications.
How and when do I pay for my service?
Payment is required at the time of booking your service. Or you may leave us cash or check on the day of service.
